Partial hip replacement .cemented bipolar prosthesis. Doing a partial hip replacement in case of osteoporotic fractures around hip is beneficial in elderly osteoporotic patients. Instead of plating or nailing which ultimately relies on patients healing power, partial replacement in selected patients gives a more defined way for mobilisation of the patient and paty to recovery.
